Today’s leaders are facing more pressure than ever before

—relentless change, growing competition, and teams stretched thin.

Let's face it: Burnout is real, not just for individuals but across entire organizations. Engagement is no longer something that can be assumed—it has to be earned and sustained.

This high-stakes environment needs leaders who bring clarity to chaos, trust amid uncertainty, and inspiration when energy is low.

That kind of leadership takes more than skill—it takes intention, awareness, and support. Coaching gives leaders the space to reflect, reset, and lead from a place of strength, empathy, and vision.

At Sapere Vedere, we help leaders and teams see clearly, align intentionally, and act with purpose.
Through coaching, consulting and training, we empower leaders to establish healthy and productive work cultures.

Here's how we can help

With over 30 years of international leadership and coaching experience, we bring a deep understanding of what drives people, performance, and culture. Our work is grounded in real-world executive experience and informed by evidence-based coaching practices. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions—we bring thoughtful insight, practical tools, and a personalized approach to help you lead with clarity, confidence, and lasting impact.

Leonardo da Vinci, when asked the secret of his genius, responded: Sapere Vedere, which means knowing how to see.

Sapere Vedere: knowing how to see is crucial to living a life of significance.

It is  a combination of hindsight - seeing back, insight - seeing from within, and foresight - seeing ahead. When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.

This is empowering because if we can envision it, we can achieve it. We strive to partner with our clients to learn how to see.

Executive Coaching

We coach with the philosophy of clarifying one's hindsight, insight and foresight: Sapere Vedere.

  • Having hindsight means to reflect on what we have accomplished and experienced to become the person that we are now.
  • Having insight means defining our personal values and convictions.
  • Having foresight means that we chart the course in the most relevant areas of our lives and we place proper energy to foster the growth in each one of these areas.

We coach you in your native language.

Leadership Development

We instill coaching skills in our leadership development programs, because a coaching approach to leadership, builds resilient, high-performing teams that thrive together.

We help teams develop leadership capabilities using a strengths-based approach, increasing collaboration and communication by identifying complementary partnerships. We have over 20 years of experience creating organizational cultures based on strengths.

Whether it’s leading more effective meetings or building trust across functions, our programs are designed to create lasting change and real business results.

Cultural Transformation

Reconnect with your values. Reignite engagement.

Culture is more than words on a wall—it’s the lived experience of your people every day. When culture is strong, aligned, and clear, people thrive. When it’s neglected, even the best strategy can falter.

We help organizations build cultures where people feel connected, valued, and aligned with a shared mission. Our tailored programs reduce turnover, strengthen commitment, and bring your culture to life in ways that support both people and performance.

We work closely with you to design strategies that reflect your unique context—while staying grounded in your long-term vision. The result? Lasting, positive change from the inside out.

Strategic Consulting

Align your people, your strategy, and your future.

Finding the right fit matters. Whether you're facing growth, restructuring, or change, this process gives you insight—and a plan.

Using our proven alignment methodology, we assess whether the right people are in the right roles, identify performance gaps, and build targeted development plans to strengthen your team from the inside out

Over the past 30 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across industries, cultures, and leadership levels—supporting individuals and organizations through moments of change, challenge, and opportunity.

My background includes leadership roles in finance, HR, and organizational development, along with years of experience coaching executives and teams around the world. I hold a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word, and a Bachelor's in Business and Finance from Francisco Marroquín University. I’ve also completed advanced studies in leadership and human capital at ADEN Business School, the Darden School of Business, and Cornell University.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, I bring a blend of strategic thinking, deep empathy, and practical tools to every coaching relationship.

I’m certified in Gallup Strengths, Leadership Circle Profile, EQ-i 2.0, DISC,  ECHO Listening Intelligence Assessments, and more. I coach in English and Spanish, and speak advanced German—something that’s helped me connect with and support global leaders across diverse contexts.

Whether you’re navigating uncertainty, leading through change, or simply seeking to lead more intentionally, I’m here to help you grow in ways that are not only effective—but truly meaningful.

I truly believe that if people learn How to See, they will be empowered to lead the lives they envisioned.

What is Strengths-Based Coaching?
  • What is it?A powerful approach that identifies natural talents and turns them into real, repeatable strengths using tools like Gallup CliftonStrengths®, focusing on what already works rather than trying to "fix" what doesn't.
  • Why focus on strengths instead of fixing weaknesses? Because growth happens fastest where things come naturally. When people lean into their strengths, they're more productive, engaged, and fulfilled. Challenges are still managed, but they're not the center of the story—instead, we build from what's already strong.
  • Who is strengths coaching for? Leaders, teams, and organizations wanting meaningful growth from the inside out. This includes executives looking to increase impact, managers building stronger teams, and HR leaders focused on culture.
  • What tools do you use? Primarily Gallup's CliftonStrengths® assessment as the foundation, then tailored coaching experiences based on goals—whether one-on-one leadership coaching, team workshops, or strengths-based strategy sessions.
  • What kind of results can I expect? Stronger self-awareness, clearer communication, more cohesive teams, and a culture where people are energized by what they do best. Most importantly, it helps leaders and teams show up with more authenticity and purpose, leading to better outcomes for everyone.
How does Sapere Vedere support organizations, teams and individuals to improve their listening skills and communication?
  • We first measure listening habits and preferences using the ECHO listening profile to properly understand how each individual works, then we facilitate building skills with individuals and teams to improve communication overall
  • ECHO stands for Effective Communication for Healthy Organizations. The ECHO Listening Profile™ is a scientifically-backed assessment that measures how individuals listen to and interpret information, and how that affects their communication with others. Unlike personality assessments, ECHO measures listening habits and preferences, which are changeable skills that can be developed.
Why is listening intelligence important?
  • Poor communication is costing businesses tremendously. Research shows that miscommunication costs U.S. businesses an estimated $1.2 trillion annually, with companies losing an average of $62.4 million per year due to communication barriers. Studies reveal that 86% of workplace failures are attributed to ineffective communication, and teams lose approximately 7.47 hours per week (nearly a full workday) due to poor communication.
  • On the positive side, companies with effective communication strategies enjoy 4.5 times higher employee retention and see productivity increases of up to 25%.
